hi, this may be a bit weird, but i am not sure how to use these. could you explain how i can use them on photoshop? i would love to use some of the smoke ones as it is SO difficult to cut around them to make them look realistic.

i may be getting this all wrong but could you help me out - it would be much apreciated :D
