i dont get it, how do people use the brushes?? where are they, what brushes?? lol im sooo confused

brushes are used in photoshop, when you paint with different shaped and sized brushes they make different effects. these ones are made just to 'stamp' with. after they are downloaded, this [link] will tell you how to add them to be able to use them
